Picking up your order at the clinic? Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be processed and ready for pick-up. Items ordered on MyVetStore are not taken from regular in-clinic stock. You will receive an email when your order is ready!
Items out of stock? If your pet's food is out of stock on MyVetStore, please call our clinic as we may have some available in our in-clinic stock. For orders of multiple items, your order will not ship until ALL items are in stock and can be shipped together.
Returning an item? Hills, Royal Canin and Purina (PVD) food returns must be done within 30 days of purchase. The manufacturer will only accept returns on foods your pet will not eat. We do not accept returns on IAMS or Rayne diets. To return your MyVetStore purchase, please bring the bag of food and your receipt/packing slip to our clinic for processing. Returns are processed through Acumex/Moneris and may take anywhere between 3 and 30 days. Returns are subject to return courier/postage fee if the item(s) are sent back to the distributor. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. There is no refund on home delivery charges or any product other than the above mentioned foods.
